When the promoters visit the owners of the solar ovens, they fill out a form with the following information:
- Name of the owner, her country, and her community;
- Serial number of the oven which includes the country, community, and date of construction;
- The date and hour of the visit to the woman;
- The use of the oven when the promoter arrived at the woman's home:
- Cooking food
- Heating water
- Heating something else
- Drying the oven
- Not in use
- The location of the oven:
- In the sun
- On the porch
- Inside the house
- The climate when the promoter arrived:
- Very sunny
- Sunny with a few clouds
- Sunny with lots of clouds
- Completely overcast
- Raining
- The state of the oven:
- Excellent - without any defects.
- Good - works well, but has a few defects.
- Bad - deteriorated. Cannot be used for cooking.
